Returns Eligibility
- Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Opened or used health and personal care products (e.g. creams, supplements)
- Beauty and cosmetic items where the packaging has been unsealed
- Pet food once opened
- Custom-made or perishable items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tinydolphin.co.uk
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Return Process
- Email us at info@tinydolphin.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
- Check your bank account or card statement.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
