Returns Eligibility

  • Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Opened or used health and personal care products (e.g. creams, supplements)
  • Beauty and cosmetic items where the packaging has been unsealed
  • Pet food once opened
  • Custom-made or perishable items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tinydolphin.co.uk
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@tinydolphin.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:

  • Check your bank account or card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
